Lead Carpenter

Dale’s career path in the construction industry began in 1982 working in a family business, framing homes.  He continued in the field perfecting his skills in general carpentry, learning siding, building spec homes before coming to work for Westhill.  Dale is a very experienced craftsman, does a terrific job of keeping our projects on time and on budget and establishes great relationships with our customers. 

As a member of the Snohomish County Fire Department, Dale serves the community as a part-time firefighter and EMT!

For relaxation, Dale spends time with his four daughters, watches sports, bird hunts and likes to snow ski.
