Kris Grimminger
Sales/Estimating

Prior to settling in Seattle in 1994, Kris worked his way around the country.  Life began on the east coast, where he honed his construction skills and ran his own roofing business. 

Since 2005, Kris has been with Westhill serving as Sales/Lead Carpenter in our Small Jobs division.  Kris is skilled in doing everything from minor repairs to small remodels and additions.  He has earned certificates for CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place) and CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler).

Skiing or camping is where you will find Kris during his free time.

Pat Brady
Sales/Estimating

Pat is a great asset to our Sales & Estimating department.  He brought his strengths to Westhill from a degree in Finance & Business Administration, experience in banking and finance and serving at management level in the auto industry as well as construction.

Pat is an interesting guy and balances his life by teaching communication classes, involvement in United Way and Big Brothers, collecting antiques, diving, traveling and riding motorcycles.

Troy Martsolf had made a long journey to be with us, born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska.  He brought with him years of carpentry and sales experience along with a degree from Arizona State University.

As a Sales/Estimating Representative, Troy meets with potential clients to talk about the remodeling process and provides them with detailed estimated costs.  He also supports the Production department throughout the design/build process and ensures customer satisfaction at all times.
