Dear Chuck,

I wanted to let you know how much Jim and I appreciate the Westhill team. We have been amazed at the reponse to our situation. The genuine concern, follow-up, and resolution have enabled us to put the incident behind us and feel happy, safe, and whole.

Mike has been a godsend.  During this time, he always made us feel like our problem was a top priority. He made us feel protected, secure and that we had the backing of the entire Westhill family. I can't tell you how good it is to know that you are not alone when something unfortunate happens. Westhill got to the bottom of things quickly and we think that made all the difference.  Mike and the Westhill gang put us back together again - not just in terms of our phone and the repercussions of that, but more importantly regarding our heads and our hearts. I worried about what kinds of access the person may have gotten via our phone because I am a worrier. I felt so bad that someone who had met us and spoken with us would hurt us. But Westhill took on the burden of confrontation and we were able to leave the entire problem in your hands. You sheilded us from a great deal of upset and now we feel it is behind us.

Jim told me that Kevin from Reliable had called and Jim said that he was very impressed with Kevin's concern and follow-up. Again, we have been overwhelmed with the outreach from so many people. So now I thought it was time to reach out to all of you and let you know how wonderful you are. I also want you to know that it means so much to know that the Westhill group has such good people whose personal codes of honor are so high and clearly important to each of them.

I told Mike on the phone today that all was well and he said he would pass it along.  But the sound of his voice made me realize that you all may need some mending and so I thought I would put something in writing.  Mike and Westhill could not have done more for us.

P.S. You know we are "Dave Diehards", and so we were pleasantly surprised with how good Josh was on this outing. He is a keeper.
