I wanted to let you know how much Juliette and I appreciated having John work on our home project.

John has gone out of the way to make this the perfect master bedroom and bath in addition to taking the time to make sure we feel comfortable with the progress of the project.  I have had a few friends inquire about additions to their homes and I have given a very strong recommendation that they work with Westhill and only do it if Westhill puts John on as the project leader.  He has made the project.

I trust John.  It appears that he is first and foremost looking out for us.  When a vendor is not bringing their best effort, John takes charge and makes it right before we have to say anything or get involved – for example the original glass vendor or the bathroom tile.

John always brings a good attitude – my 2 year old daughter actually looks for him in the morning and is excited when he arrives – I think it’s because he brings her treats.  He offers to help around the house when it gets slow or during a break.  He is awesome.

Please continue to hire and promote individuals like John – he made our Westhill experience a great one.
