Last spring I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff members at Westhill Construction.  I was in the process of interviewing builders to do a kitchen remodel and room addition on our current home.  At the time I did not see the need for the added expense of a design team and project manager, both of which are included as part of the services offered with any Westhill building contract.  It is now several months later and I have learned the hard way why those aspects of a good building agreement are important.  I have experienced numerous design problems, project delays, unnecessary cost over-runs and the need for daily personal involvement due to the lack of a knowledgeable project manager and designer with the company I chose to do business with.  I deeply regret that I did not choose Westhill for this project.  The organization, experience and building/design expertise that they describe as part of their service is exactly what I have needed all along.
