Lead Carpenter To qualify for the Lead Carpenter position, a candidate must have a minimum of five years experience in a remodeling and custom home building Lead position, be organized, detail oriented, possess great communication skills, have the vision to picture the whole job, to forecast and anticipate problems, be a problem solver and a team player. Responsibilities include top customer service, job management, schedules, quality and budget control. If you can demonstrate experience as a Lead Carpenter in the home remodeling and custom home business, practice safe working habits, have your own tools, transportation, and a positive outlook, please apply. Journeyman Painter Possessing a minimum of three years experience in residential painting, good knowledge of products and being qualified in application methods would constitute a good candidate of a Journeyman Painter position.
