Story: My mother is 94 and she is my hero. She instilled in me a love of nature, creativity and lifelong learning. I like this picture of her because I’ve always called her the “Energizer Bunny”; she just keeps going and going!

Story: Moms and daughters have a special bond. My Mom passed away before I had children, however, I am fortunate enough to have a strong reminder of my Mom. I share her name, and HER mothers name and yes…HER mothers name. It is a tradition I was honored to keep , when we named our daughter. For five generations my family has passed down the name Amy, followed by their mothers maiden name (as the middle name). A very special bond, just like the love between a Mom and daughter!
