Not only are people living longer, many are taking on the responsibility of housing their parents and raising their grandchildren! Homeowners want and need the security of knowing they can live in their homes for a lifetime. Westhill is one of the first contractors in the nation to earn the certification of CAPS (Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist) through the National Association of Home Builders. We can modify a home to fit an individual for a lifetime. Professional Maintenance Service
Westhill now has a Professional Maintenance Service.  Here is how it works.  We will meet with you to determine what types of services your home may need each season, both interior and exterior.  For example; in the spring we could inspect and replace air conditioner and furnace filters, look for signs of roof or flashing leaks on the rafters and insulation, or inspect or treat exterior wood for splintering, decay and insect damage.  We could also clean gutters and downspouts and clean and set-up outdoor furniture.  We would provide you with a personal home technician to take on the tasks of your customized plan, giving you peace of mind that your home is well protected.  Cost effective payment programs are available.
